A simple, bright and fun looking website to attract browsers for a day out for play, fishing, shopping, relaxing and local events.
May 2008 - Silvana McLean: artist and printmaker
Mini catalogue published, which features some of silvana's plate etchings.
We designed and printed the brochure onto paper close to the ivory coloured
hand-made paper which Silvana uses for her individual prints. Her work
is reproduced using duotone printing in silver and midnight blue, with
the addition of some minimalist embossing.

April 2008 - Business to Business Networking Exhibition
Weesleekit Ltd are taking part in exhibiting at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries as part of the Chamber of Commerce - Business to Business Networking Exhibition. We hope to see you there to catch up on what is turning out to be our busiest year to date.
April 2008 - DG1 Touchscreen
Weesleekit have been commissioned to create an interactive touchscreen for the new DG1 facilities in Dumfries. The touchscreen will be accessible to the public 24/7 from the external building. The touchscreen content will showcase the facilities, provide general information and will have animated graphics which will also be featured on the large internal plasma screens.
April 2008 - Forestry Commission Scotland Interactive PDF
Weesleekit are currently developing an interactive pdf for Forestry Commission
Scotland. The pdf is a 200 page working guideline, accessible on the FCS
intranet.

April 2008 - Forestry Commission Scotland - Visitor Centre
Weesleekit Ltd are putting the final touches on interpretation for a Forestry Commission Scotland visitor centre in Argyle.
April 2008 - The National Trust for Scotland mobile displays
Weesleekit have completed 12 mobile display graphics for the National Trust for Scotland Threave Countryside Centre. The mobile units can be used internally or externally on an uneven surface - such as a beach - and will be touring throughout the region.
April 2008 - DGAA Festival and Events Guide
Weesleekit Ltd have designed and produced this years Festival and Events Guide for Dumfries and Galloway via Dumfries and Galloway Arts Association.
March 2008 - Dumfries and Galloway Council main website
Weesleekit successfully tendered to create a new website for Dumfries and Galloway Council main website. This is an extremely prestigious project as the site will be accessed by a huge audience on a daily basis. The new site will be available in July.
March 2008 - Andy Goldsworthy filming interview
Weesleekit filmed international artist Andy Goldsworthy at his home discussing the Striding Arches project in detail. We are going to use the footage online o the forthcoming Striding Arches website.
March 2008 - Matt Baker leaflet
Weesleekit have worked collaboratively with artists Matt Baker to create
a unique leaflet to promote one of Matt's projects in Cairnsmore. The
leaflet is cut tot he shape of the areas hills and is concertina folded,
held together by a metal clip with hand numbered stickers. A limited edition
of 1000 copies were produced.

Weesleekit Ltd have created a new website for local artists Sandy and

January 2008 - Spring Fling 2008
Weesleekit, for the 6th year running have completed a new campaign to
promote Spring Fling - Scotland's premiere art and craft open studio event.
We created a main brochure, flyer, postcard, pop-up display and a series
of niche adverts. This years theme is based on "Art in the landscape"
using an image of artist Matt Bakers sculpture which features a backdrop
of a Friesian cow on a rolling green hill - typical of this region.
January 2008 - Archipelago Catalogue
Weesleekit, for the 4th year running have created a promotional catalogue for Archipelago, who supply hand crafted home goods direct to the retail industry.
January 2008 - Bookstart Rhymetime Handbook
Weesleekit successfully tendered to win the contract to produce an updatable guide for Bookstart Rhymetime - a series of sessions throughout Scotland encouraging parents and toddlers to get involved with books and rhyme from birth to three years old.
December 2008 - Domestic Abuse DVD
Weesleekit Ltd completed a DVD about Domestic Abuse. The DVD features 2 case studies of Domestic abuse and will be used as an information and educational tool to teachers and employees throughout the region.
November 2008 - Southern Upland Way Official Website
Weesleekit Ltd created and developed the official website for the Southern
Upland Way website. The site is extremely visual and has lots of interactives,

Weesleekit have upgraded and enhanced the website for Bibliographic Data

The site incorporates a "new wave" concept.
September 2007 - Dedicated web server
Weesleekit Ltd have purchased our own dedicated server to run our websites. This allows much greater usability for ourselves and the websites we host and market for our clients.
July 2007 - FAB Campaign
Weesleekit create the concept to promote the three themed towns of Dumfries
and Galloway: Castle Douglas - the Food town, Kirkcudbright - the Arts
town and Wigtown - Scotland's National Book Town. Result: Glorious Galloway
- it's FAB {Food ~ Art ~ Books}. Weesleekit created a promotional leaflet,

July 2007 - World Mountain Bike Conference 2008 bid - We won it!
In December 2006 Weesleekit Ltd edited and created a 4 minute video to
assist the Crichton Development Company bring the World Mountain Bike
Conference 2008 to Dumfries and Galloway. The worldwide bid was sent to
Canada (in relevant format). It was Scotland vs Italy in the final two.
It was recently announced that Scotland won the bid! The estimated benefit
to the local economy is thought to be around £1.3million. Whoo!

Weesleekit Ltd have provided the branding for GaelForce since it’s
outset - now in it’s 11th year. Weesleekit Ltd are one of the main
sponsors alongside Gretna Green Group. We have decided to sponsor this
years GaelForce to build on our own reputation and make links within the
arts and music community. GaelForce is a programme of arts, events and
entertainment across Dumfries and Galloway over three months - from August
to October. Weesleekit Ltd have been participating at many of the venues
capturing video and photography for future development of the GaelForce
brand. We have been filming top acts such as Nicky Spence, Emily Smith

July 2007 - Weesleekit Ltd Film at The Hairth - GaelForce 2007.
Weesleekit Ltd were recently filming at The Hairth Festival and were approached by Nizlopi's record label, FDM Records Ltd for some of our footage. Nizlopi are the band who sang the popular JCB song.
